when I run…
I listen to my shoulders and make sure they are relaxed.
I listen to my knees and tell them to run softly so not to jar them.
I listen to my feet and tell them to step longer.
I listen to my calves and tell them it’s not much further.
I listen to my arms and tell them to drop lower and relax more.
But I dont listen to my mind. It doesn’t get a say in how far or how fast I go.
